OUR GUARANTEE:
Salon Allure's expectations are as high as yours when you experience our salon. We believe that the complete and total satisfaction of our guest is our ultimate goal. Salon Coordinators are always available to meet your needs or concerns.

FIRST-TIME CLIENTS:
We request that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointments. This will allow time for a consultation, completing a new client form or relaxing with a refreshment in our comfortable lounge.

APPOINTMENTS:
To ensure you have the day and time you desire most, it is recommended that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Salon Allure. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give our front desk a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests the opportunity to schedule if they are on a cancellation list.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your appointment, with full service charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests. However, we will make every effort possible to provide the full amount of service.

CHILDREN:
Our goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with us. We strongly recommend childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. Our environment is not safe for unattended children who can potentially become a distraction to other guests and our staff.

RETURNS:
Exchanges are gladly accepted on products purchased at Salon Allure. Select equipment, sale products, and skin care products are non-refundable. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we will make every effort to achieve your specific needs. Please inquire prior to your purchase.

A photo ID is required for all non cash transactions

*A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks.
